Accommodation

Most double rooms have double beds. Family suites consist of two connecting bedrooms and a private bathroom. "A" outlook rooms face our outer gardens and grounds to the East or South; others face the large open courtyard or woods.
Single rooms do not have "A" outlook.

Communications
Bedroom direct-dial telephones have direct-dial-incoming and voice-mail facilities.
Complimentary wireless broadband internet access from the main lounges.

Main building
Ground and first floor. Family suites and independent double and single rooms in random pattern on both floors. No lift.

Courtyard
Ground-floor twin and single rooms, much appreciated by older or disabled guests.

Garden Suites
Six family suites, two for larger / older  families. Two overflow plain single rooms. Baby listening devices from each suite. Well placed for the playground, swimming pool, Health Spa and parking.

Coach House
Seven small first-floor single rooms, primarily for older children in the holidays.

The Courtyard rooms and Garden Suites have step-free access to all public rooms; any indoor ground floor rooms are further away and involve six corridor steps (4+2).

Ground floor bathrooms are well equipped with grab-rails.

Our bedrooms are comfortable, and well proportioned. 
In the interests of child safety, general peace and to minimise your expenses, you will find we provide uncluttered bedrooms. Televisions can be hired and radios lent without charge.  Our amenities include a large television lounge, and early morning tea served by housekeeping staff if required.
