Dinner Menu

Families with children between the age of seven and 12 are welcome to dine in the restaurant from 7-8pm. Adult guests and children over 12 from 7-9pm. This is a sample menu and will change per season.

Starters

    With lemon dill and Hendricks gin cured cucumber and melba toast

    With blue cheese risotto, pickled shallots

    Served with salad garnish

  • Monkfish and Parlourde Clams Tagliatelle

    In a white wine and dill sauce

  • Braised Lamb Shoulder (GF)

    With a carrot and star anise puree, fondant potato, roasted shallots, red wine jus

  • Pan Fried Cod (GF)

    With a chorizo and bean cassoulet, baby spinach

  • Confit Pork Belly (GF)

    With a beetroot mash, apple and berry compote, red wine jus

  • Roasted Pumpkin Tortellini

    With a mushroom and tarragon sauce, toasted pine nuts, shaved pecorino
