Giveaway/Competition Terms & Conditions

Any giveaway/competition hosted by Knoll House is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

The opening and closing dates for the giveaway/competition are as advertised in the associated post and the winner will be notified directly shortly after the giveaway/competition has ended.

In order to enter, entrants must follow the instruction outlined. Entrants are required to meet the criteria specified but otherwise no purchase is necessary.

One person will either be selected at random or selected to win (as per the competition requirements) the prize on offer and will be notified via the email address or social media account used to enter the giveaway/competition.

Employees and contractors of Knoll House are not eligible to enter. The giveaway/competition is only open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 and above. Only one entry per person.

Knoll House will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner. The winner’s name will be published on Knoll House social media platforms.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

An unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Knoll House reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise.

Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.

Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Knoll House reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the giveaway/competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

Knoll House's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway/competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
